RUBBER ANTIOXIDANT 4020 FEATURES
Chemical Name : N-(1,3-dimethyl-butyl)-N'-phenyl-p-Phenylenediamine
Molecular Formula : C18H24N2
Properties: Dark brown solid (Specific gravity: 1.1), soluble in gasoline, benzene, acetone, etc., insoluble in water. Turns black when exposed to air, but this does not affect its properties. Due to its low melting point, it should be stored away from high temperatures.
Applications: Antioxidant for rubber products with high efficiency, low toxicity, and low solvent extraction levels. Also used as a stabilizer in synthetic rubber commonly applied in many types of rubber products.
Packaging: 20kg net per bag, plastic fabric laminated kraft bags lined with plastic bags inside.
Storage: To prevent oxidation and activity loss, do not bulk store the product above 50 C / 122 F for an extended time. If bulk storage for longer than one month at maximum temperature is required, use a nitrogen blanket. In closed drums, the product has excellent storage stability at storage temperatures below 35 C / 95 F. The storage area should be dry and protected from extreme temperatures and excessive exposure to air. Keep partially used containers tightly sealed. Shelf life depends on storage temperature and the degree of air exposure.
