RUBBER ANTIOXIDANT TNPP FEATURES

Product Description:  Trinonyl Phenyl Phosphite (TNPP)

Molecular Formula         : C45H69O3P or (C9H19C6H4O)3P

Properties: Odorless, specific gravity: 1.24–1.28. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, and carbon disulfide; insoluble in water and dilute alkali.

Application: This antioxidant is used as a fade-free stabilizer in rubber-plastic elastomers like SBS, TPR, IPS, PVE, PE, PP, and ABS, providing high stability against thermal oxidation during processing. It does not affect the product's color, making it widely used in white or brightly colored products. Another key feature is its ability to enhance heat resistance and oxidation resistance, preventing resinification during processing and storage. It also prevents gel formation, viscosity increases, and thermal oxidative aging and yellowing of rubber-plastic products.

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated area.
