RUBBER ACCELERATOR MBT SPECIFICATION

Properties: Light unpleasant odor and bitter taste, non-toxic. Easily soluble in dilute solutions of ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide, and sodium carbonate, soluble in ethyl alcohol, sparingly soluble in benzene, and insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application: Used as a fast accelerator in general-purpose rubbers such as NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, IIR. Provides flat curing. Curing at low temperatures is possible. Non-staining/non-discoloring in white or light-colored stocks; primarily used in the manufacture of tires, belts, tubes, shoes, and other technical rubber products. MBT imparts excellent aging properties to vulcanizates. Due to its bitter taste, this product is not recommended for rubber products that come into contact with beverages or food.
Packaging: N.W.:25kg/bag, packed in PP woven bags with plastic lining or kraft paper bags.
Storage: Continuously stable under normal storage conditions.
