RUBBER ACCELERATOR ZBDC PROPERTIES
Chemical Name: Zinc dibenzyl dithiocarbamate (ZBDC)

Applications: Safe processing secondary accelerator. Can be used as a primary accelerator in latex. High resistance to hydrolysis in rubbers; low solubility. Fast at high vulcanization temperatures. Considered to have low nitrosamine potential. Used in the manufacture of sheet, extrusion, and latex products. Applicable in NR, IIR, SBR, and EPDM.
Packaging: 25kg/20kg bag, kraft paper bag lined with PP woven bag and PE inner bag.
Storage: Keep containers tightly closed and store in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended maximum storage life is 1 year under normal conditions.
